Thanks for your question. I don't believe you should combine the Chief Data Officer and Chief Digital Officer role together. The Chief Digital Officer is looking for economic uplift though process improvements. The Chief Data Officer is looking for economic uplift by increasing the information signal embedded in the data. The 2 chiefs should work hand-in-hand, but they will have a large degree of non-intersecting responsibilities as well.
