DWH isn't a data product because it lacks specificity in solving an end-user use case and isn't directly built to improve decision-making. To me, DWH will always be a set of capabilities or functionalities to PROCESS data. It's task to provide data, albeit efficiently. It's not to solve an specific decision-oriented problem.

The questions (and answers) you raise are from the perspective of the data – making the data usable. In of itself, these are not data products per se. If you think about the example I raised about a credit score, it is several abstractions away from the underlying DWH that supports it. Obviously, those points that you raise must be there so that the credit score is reliable.
